Frequently Asked Questions

  • Noor Psychiatry and Wellness is an out-of-network practice, which means we do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is best to check with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.

  • Our fees are based on the type and duration of service provided. Please see our Services page for a more detailed breakdown of costs.

  • After your session, you will be provided a superbill, which is a detailed receipt of the services rendered. You can either submit this superbill directly to your insurance provider or through the Reimbursify app. It is important to contact your insurance company to clarify their process and what percentage of visits they will cover. Not all services rendered may be covered by your insurance company. Understanding your insurance company's out-of-network benefits and process will ensure you are fully informed of your financial responsibility and better help you make an informed decision about your care.
